Membership Terms and Conditions
Bubble Express Car Wash LLC
You must be at least 18 years old and an authorized user of the payment method used to create a Bubble Express Car Wash membership.
These terms apply to you and to any person you authorize to drive your vehicle and use your membership.
Automatic Renewal of Memberships
By enrolling in a membership plan, you authorize Bubble Express Car Wash LLC (“Bubble Express”) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the membership is canceled.
Bubble Express offers monthly car wash membership plans that provide access to a specified wash level for a single enrolled vehicle. Membership pricing varies by plan and location.
- Renews automatically each month
- Is billed on the same calendar day each month as the original enrollment date
- Remains active until canceled in accordance with these terms
Membership plan names, pricing, features, and wash inclusions are subject to change at any time.
Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into the Bubble Express customer portal and selecting “Cancel Membership,” or by contacting Bubble Express customer support through the website or in person.
Cancellation must occur no less than seven (7) days before your next billing date, or your membership will automatically renew in accordance with these terms.
All paid membership fees are non-refundable, and no credits are issued for partially used billing periods.
Prepaid Memberships
Bubble Express may offer prepaid membership plans for fixed terms such as six (6) or twelve (12) months.
- Must be activated before use
- Apply to one vehicle only
- Expire automatically at the end of the selected term
- Are non-refundable and non-transferable
Prepaid memberships do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at purchase.
Membership Use Rules
- Memberships may be used only for the enrolled vehicle.
- Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between vehicles or drivers.
- Memberships may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, fleet programs, washbooks, or coupons unless expressly stated.
- Membership plans allow a maximum of two (2) washes per vehicle per day, unless otherwise stated.
Bubble Express reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Vehicle Identification and Verification
Bubble Express may use license plate recognition technology, RFID windshield tags, or other vehicle identification technologies.
Only the enrolled vehicle is authorized to use the membership. RFID tags, if used, must remain properly affixed. Removal or tampering will render the tag inoperable and may result in replacement fees.
Memberships may be transferred to a replacement vehicle if the original vehicle is sold, totaled, or otherwise permanently inoperable, provided Bubble Express is notified in advance.
Vehicle Eligibility and Limitations
Bubble Express is not responsible for damage to or repair of loose or improperly secured equipment, aftermarket accessories, pre-existing damage, modified vehicles, insufficient clearance, water intrusion from unsecured openings, antennas not secured, incidents caused by braking, steering, or driver error inside the tunnel, or automated vehicle features that interfere with wash operation.
Vehicles that do not meet posted size, clearance, or safety requirements may be refused service. Due to the nature of automatic cleaning, the high-pressure water, automated brushes, and chemicals used carry inherent risk and may cause minor cosmetic damage, such as swirl marks, particularly on dark-colored vehicles or delicate clear coats. You assume all risk for these potential outcomes.
Damage Claims
Any claim of vehicle damage must be reported to a Bubble Express manager before leaving the premises.
If damage is confirmed, Bubble Express may require multiple repair estimates, including one from a repair facility selected by Bubble Express. No repairs may begin without prior written approval from Bubble Express.
Text Messages and Emails
By enrolling in a membership, you consent to receive automated or manual text messages and emails related to your account, billing, services, and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional messages, but transactional communications may still be sent.
Suspension or Termination by Bubble Express
Bubble Express may suspend or cancel any membership, with or without notice, due to non-payment, declined payment methods, abuse of staff, customers, or property, fraudulent or unauthorized use, theft, vandalism, illegal activity, or any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Most disputes can be resolved informally by speaking with a site manager or contacting customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, all disputes will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, rather than in court, except for claims eligible for small claims court.
- Arbitration will be individual only, not class-based
- No jury trials or class actions
- Arbitration decisions are final and binding
The arbitration provider, rules, and procedures will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Updates to These Terms
Bubble Express may modify these Membership Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of all updated terms.
